In order to provide you with order tracking, order lookup and feedback, we
require all customers who purchase from us to create an account on our system.
Creating an account is a very simple process, if you need to create an account,
click here.
You can find products on our site in various ways. If you would like
to search for a product, please enter your keyword(s) in the search engine and
click go. You will find the "search" functionality near the top right of
every page. You can also browse through our catalog buy using the links on
the left under the "Product Catalog" heading. You can also start at the
catalog index by clicking here. Lastly,
you can review products by manufacturer using our manufacturer index by
clicking here. If you need help finding
a product or would like to request a special order, please feel free to
email us at anytime.
You can find our contact information by clicking on the "Contact Us" link
near the top of every page.
Once you have found the product you would like to add, fill in the quantity
(when available) and click the "Add 2 Cart" button. You will automatically
be taken to the "Shopping Cart" page to review your
order. You can then use the "Shopping Cart"
details page to adjust your cart if needed.
Anytime you have products in your cart, you can checkout from the "Shopping
Cart" details page. Click the "Shopping Cart" link on any page which
will take you to your cart for review. From there you can click the
"Checkout" button to begin the checkout process. Optionally, you can go
straight to "Checkout" bypassing the cart review by
clicking here.
Your cart will stay in our system for up to 30 days from the last time you
visited our site provided you have "Cookies" enabled, or you have "Logged In".
In this case, your cart will be available even when you close your web browser
and return to our site. If you do not have "Cookies" enabled, or have
logged in, your cart will be lost and you will have to start your order
over from the beginning.
You can review and view order status on all orders you have ever placed with
our website. Login to your account, once logged
in, click the "My Account" link. From "My
Account" you can review all recent orders, lookup your orders by date and update
your profile and password using the links on that page.
For any reason you decide to, you may cancel your account by
emailing us. However, there
is really no reason to cancel your account ever, we do not "Spam" our customers,
nor do we provide your personal information to any third parties. If you
have placed orders with us, canceling your account will stop you from being able
to retrieve any order information from previous orders.
